This is an on-line tele-seminar, offered to to you completely free. Tuesday evening’s talk will be about Establishing Healthy Home Rhythms. Hi! I listened to the online seminar and really loved it! I have a 5 year old and an 11 month old, both boys. I struggle to create rhythm in our lives and so the talk was perfect for me. Just the sound of your voice was relaxing to listen to and you’ve inspired me to go back to our bed time rhythm which we’ve been on and off again with. I’m also really inspired to create a weekly meal plan. It all seems much simpler now. Thanks so much!
